The app does three things: you can add a new entry to your Inbox, you can attach an unlimited number of images to an entry, and you can paste an image directly into the entry's text area to attach it. Everything is saved on your device, and if you have configured your own server, entries also sync there (off and unconfigured until you set it up).
Delete an entry inside the app to remove it. Delete the app from your device to remove all of the data it has stored there. With syncing off or unconfigured, nothing has left your device, so there is no copy anywhere else to delete. If you turned on syncing to your own server, any copies on that server are yours to manage and delete — the app does not control or retain them for you.
The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and it connects to no shared, multi-tenant service. It does not sync your entries to any server other than one you host and configure yourself — that optional syncing is off by default and stays unconfigured until you set it up. The app also has no search, no tags, no notifications, and no iPad layout.
